Dedicated to continuous professional growth, I regularly attend conferences, training courses, and online education to stay up to date with the latest evidence-based practices in dietetics. My goal is to help people build a healthy, positive relationship with food—empowering them to see it not as an enemy, but as an ally in achieving a balanced and healthier lifestyle. Being an athlete myself, I am especially passionate about how food and overall nutrition can enhance performance and help me become a better rugby player.
